Privacy Policy.

How Savant Consulting Services collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit our site, contact us or pay us.

Payments & refunds

No refunds once a product or service has been taken.

This policy explains how we handle your personal data, including when you pay us. Please note that all payments to SCS are final and non-refundable once a product or service has been taken, as set out in our Terms & Conditions.

01Who we are

Savant Consulting Services FZE LLC ("SCS", "we", "us") of B-1106-25, Grand Tower, Ajman, United Arab Emirates, is responsible for the personal data described in this policy. We handle personal data in line with applicable UAE law, including Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.

02What we collect

  • Enquiry details — your name, business name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, website and the message you send us through our contact form, email, phone or WhatsApp.
  • Client account details — billing name and address, VAT number, and the access we need to your ad, analytics, hosting or website accounts.
  • Payment details — the amount, date, reference and payer name and email for each payment. Card or wallet details are entered on our payment processor's secure page; SCS does not see or store full card numbers.
  • Website usage data — standard technical information such as your IP address, browser, device and pages visited, recorded in our hosting provider's server logs.

03How we use it

  • to reply to enquiries and prepare your free account audit or a quote;
  • to deliver the services you buy, including running campaigns and building websites;
  • to invoice you, process and record payments, and prevent fraud and chargeback abuse;
  • to keep records required for tax, accounting and legal purposes;
  • to improve our Website and services;
  • to send you service updates and, where you have agreed, occasional marketing (you can opt out at any time).

We rely on your consent, the need to perform our contract with you, our legal obligations and our legitimate business interests as the bases for this use.

04Payments & no refunds

Payments are handled by bank transfer or by third-party payment processors, which receive the payment details you enter and process them under their own privacy policies. We receive a confirmation of each payment and keep a record of it.

No refund policy: once a product or service has been taken, payments are final and non-refundable. We keep payment records to support this policy and to respond to any payment dispute or chargeback. See section 6 of our Terms & Conditions for full details.

05Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only where needed, with:

  • advertising platforms (Google, Meta, Microsoft) when running campaigns on your accounts;
  • hosting, email, website and analytics providers who help us run our business;
  • payment processors and banks;
  • professional advisers, auditors and authorities where required by law.

Some of these providers are based outside the UAE. Where your data is transferred abroad, we take reasonable steps to make sure it is protected as required by UAE law.

06Cookies

Our Website does not currently use analytics or advertising tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may record your IP address when your browser requests them. Our contact form does not store your details on our server; it opens WhatsApp or your email app with your message ready to send, and that message is then handled under WhatsApp's or your email provider's own policies.

If we add analytics or advertising cookies in future, we will update this policy first. You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings.

07How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months if you do not become a client. Client and payment records are kept for as long as the engagement lasts and then for the period required by UAE tax and commercial record-keeping laws (generally at least 5 years).

08Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (SSL), restricted access and protected storage of payment records. No online system is completely secure, so please contact us straight away if you think your data has been put at risk.

09Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you can ask us to:

  • tell you what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy;
  • correct inaccurate data;
  • delete your data or restrict how we use it, unless we must keep it for legal, tax or contract reasons (including payment records);
  • stop sending you marketing messages;
  • withdraw consent you have given.

Email contact@savantconsultingservices.com and we will respond within 30 days. Exercising these rights does not affect our no refund policy.

11Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version, with its "last updated" date, will always be on this page.
