01Who we are

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the services and products provided by Savant Consulting Services FZE LLC ("SCS", "we", "us", "our"), of B-1106-25, Grand Tower, Ajman, United Arab Emirates, and your use of savantconsultingservices.com (the "Website").

"You" and "Client" mean the person or business that requests, buys or uses our services. If you accept these Terms on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.

02Accepting these Terms

By paying an invoice or payment link, signing a proposal, or instructing us to begin work, you agree to these Terms. If a signed proposal or statement of work conflicts with these Terms, the signed document takes priority for that project only.

Please read section 6 (No refund policy) carefully before making any payment.

03Our services

We provide:

• Paid advertising management — setting up, running, optimising and reporting on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and Microsoft (Bing) Advertising campaigns, on a flat monthly fee;
• Web development — campaign landing pages, business websites, e-commerce stores and custom builds, on a fixed project price;
• Care & maintenance plans — hosting, SSL, backups, updates and limited monthly content edits, billed monthly;
• related add-ons such as Arabic/RTL builds, tracking set-up and creative work.

The scope, deliverables and timeline for each engagement are those shown on our Pricing page at the time you order, or in the proposal we send you. Work outside that scope is quoted and billed separately.

04Fees & payment

• All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and exclude VAT, which is added where applicable.
• Ads management fees are payable monthly in advance. The first month is due before campaign work begins.
• Web development fees are payable as set out in your proposal. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, a deposit is due before work begins and the balance before the site goes live or is handed over.
• Care plans are payable monthly in advance.
• Payments may be taken by bank transfer or through third-party payment processors (for example card or digital-currency payment gateways). Any fees or exchange differences charged by your bank or card issuer are your responsibility.
• We may pause work, campaigns or hosting if an invoice is more than 7 days overdue, and resume once it is paid.

05Ad spend

Our management fee does not include advertising spend. Ad spend is charged to you directly by Google, Meta, Microsoft or the relevant platform, through your own ad account and payment method. SCS does not receive, hold or control that money, so we cannot refund it. Any request for a refund or credit on ad spend must be made to the advertising platform under its own policies.

Advertising platforms set their own rules and can approve, limit or reject ads, or suspend accounts. We follow their policies but are not responsible for their decisions.

06No refund policy

A product or service is "taken" as soon as any of the following happens:

• we begin onboarding, account access set-up, tracking set-up, research, strategy or campaign build for an ads management order;
• we begin design, development or content work, or deliver any draft, mock-up, file or page, for a web development order;
• a care plan month begins, or hosting, domains, SSL or other third-party services are purchased or activated on your behalf;
• any digital deliverable (report, creative, copy, code, files or login details) is sent or made available to you.

This means, in particular:

• Monthly ads management and care plan fees are not refundable for the month paid, including any unused part of that month.
• Web development deposits and stage payments are not refundable once work has started, including where you decide not to proceed or not to publish the site.
• Results-related dissatisfaction (for example, lead volume, cost per lead, ranking or sales) is not grounds for a refund. Advertising and website performance depend on factors outside our control, and we do not guarantee specific results.
• Third-party costs paid on your behalf (domains, hosting, themes, plugins, stock assets, software licences) are not refundable.

Chargebacks. If you dispute or reverse a payment for a product or service that has been taken, we may suspend all work and services, and recover the disputed amount together with any reasonable fees we incur as a result.

Billing errors. This policy does not stop us correcting a genuine billing mistake. If you have been charged twice for the same invoice or charged an incorrect amount, contact us within 14 days and we will correct it.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any right you have that cannot lawfully be excluded under the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

07Minimum term & cancellation

• Ads management has a minimum term of 90 days. After that it continues month to month until either party cancels with 30 days' written notice (email is fine).
• Care plans run month to month and can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice.
• Cancellation stops future billing only. It does not entitle you to a refund of any amount already paid (see section 6), and fees for the minimum term and notice period remain payable.
• We may end an engagement with 30 days' notice, or immediately if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or ask us to do anything unlawful or in breach of platform policies.

08Your responsibilities

• Give us timely access to the accounts, content, approvals and information we reasonably need. Delays on your side may move timelines and do not entitle you to a refund.
• Make sure everything you supply (logos, images, copy, product claims) is accurate, lawful and that you have the right to use it.
• Make sure your business, products and adverts comply with UAE law and the policies of each advertising platform.
• Keep your own ad account payment method valid and funded.

09Revisions & approval

Every website build includes two rounds of revisions within the agreed scope. Further rounds, or changes to the agreed scope, are quoted separately. Work is treated as approved when you confirm it in writing, publish it, or do not raise specific issues within 7 days of delivery.

10Ownership & accounts

• Ad accounts, analytics properties, domains and hosting are set up in your name wherever the platform allows, and remain yours.
• On payment in full, you own the final website design and content we create specifically for you. Third-party themes, plugins, fonts and software remain subject to their own licences.
• Until full payment is received, SCS retains ownership of the work and may withhold handover.
• We may show your project in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.

11Liability

We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law:

• we do not guarantee any particular level of leads, sales, rankings or return on ad spend;
• we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profit or lost data, or for the acts, outages or policy decisions of advertising platforms, hosting providers or other third parties;
• our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid to SCS in the 3 months before the claim arose.

12Confidentiality & privacy

Each party will keep the other's confidential business information private and use it only for the engagement. We handle personal data as set out in our Privacy Policy.

13Using this website

Content on this Website is for general information and may change without notice. Prices shown are a guide and are confirmed in your proposal or invoice. You must not copy our content or misuse the Website.

14Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Ajman. The courts of the Emirate of Ajman have jurisdiction over any dispute, and we will always try to resolve concerns with you directly first.

15Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version shown here, with its "last updated" date, applies to new orders and payments from that date.
